A school teacher unhappy with her smile and unconfident while taking her lectures came to us with the complaint of all mobile teeth and pus discharge in such a young age. On examination we diagnosed periodontally compromised teeth (pyorrhea) which were advised to be removed. Full mouth rehabilitation was planned by dental implants. Intermediate implants were placed and temporary prosthesis was given on the same day of implant placement. Later on the temporary prosthesis was replaced and implant supported hybrid dentures was given. Patient is now happy and confident with a smile on her face.
